You can place your order right here
on the website as you shop through the pages. If you prefer to use the
paper and pen method, download the main order form as well as the product
design forms and mail or fax them. If either of those options don't work
for you, just give us a call and we will take your order over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, personal checks and money orders.
Our downloadable forms are in PDF format. If you do not have ADOBE Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
Pricing, Shipping & Taxes
The prices include the embroidery and shipping in the continental United
States. Actual shipping charges will apply for those orders shipped outside
the continental United States and will be added to your online order.
Orders shipped to Vermont will be charged 6% sales tax.
